LPGA Tour - Players to watch!

  As we gear up for the anticipated start of 2025 LPGA Tour season at Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions this Thursday in Lake Nona, Florida I thought I would share my thoughts on what 5 players I expect to have a good year this year in 2025. As we look at an incredible 2024 which was full of standout moments and highlights: These include Nelly Korda's history making run which included 9 wins stamping her authority as the best women's player on Planet Golf, Lydia Ko finally got into the LPGA Tour Hall of Fame at 27 years old after winning Gold at Paris Olympics and put on a worldie of performance at The Home of Golf to win AIG Women's Open, it was a life changing week for the team of Ayaka Furue & her caddy legendary Mike Scott as they captured the 4th Major at Evian-les-Bains and also Hannah Green and Ruoning Yin winning 3 times last year there were other brilliant stories such as the Summer of all Summers and the incredible breakthrough season of Lauren Co...

Solheim Cup 2024

 The 19th edition of the biennial competition which was named after Norweigan/American Golf Club Manufacturer Karsten Solheim is upon us at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia. This true testy course will be a brilliant addition to the biggest Golf Tournament in the Women's game! The all time score is currently 10-8 to USA. Robert Trent Jones GC opened in 1991 and has played host to Presidents' Cup 4 times since the first time in 1994. This course is a proper Ball Strikers Golf Course with the Lake involved in a lot of the course navigation!    Winners of Solheim Cup since 2011 & Venues Played at:  2023: Tied (Europe Retain) (14-14) at Finca Cortesin, Spain. 2021: Team Europe (15-13) at Inverness Club, Ohio, USA. 2019: Team Europe (14.5-13.5) at Gleneagles, Scotland 2017: Team USA (16.5-11.5) at Des Moines GC, Iowa, USA. 2015: Team USA (14.5-13.5) at Golf Club St Leon-Rot, Germany. 2013: Team Europe (18-10) at Colorado Golf Club, Colorado, USA. ...
